CUPCCAA Application

The Sacramento City Unified School District is accepting applications to be included in the List of Qualified Contractors to be notified of public projects advertised under the informal bidding rules (PCC §22032 aka CUPCCAA (California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act)).

SCUSD has contracted with Colbi Technologies to provide a web-based process for submittal of applications. QualityBidders is a web-based online application that is fast, simple, safe and easy to use.

Licensed contractors interested in being included on this list should go to www.qualitybidders.com, and follow the Contractor Instructions for creating an account. After creating an account, you will be able to complete the application and submit it online. Once you have been approved, you will receive an email indicating your approval.
