Overview

Home of Sacramento City Unified School District’s online professional services and construction bidding information.

The Contracts Office is comprised of two Contract Analysts and is overseen by the Purchasing Manager.  The Contracts Office assures proper compliance of Districtwide contracting and formal bidding for public works projects, independent contractor contracts, professional and service agreements pursuant to California Public Contract Code, various local, state and/or federal guidelines, and regulations, as well as District procedures and policies.  

The Contracts Office prepares contract documents for Board approval, Notices to Contractors and ensures contract requirements are met prior to final execution. Assures fiscal accountability of District contracts, leases, and agreements to which assigned.

CUPCCAA Contractors

Overview

The Sacramento City Unified School District is accepting applications to be included in the List of Qualified Contractors to be notified of public projects advertised under the informal bidding rules (PCC §22032 aka CUPCCAA (California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act)).

SCUSD has contracted with Colbi Technologies to provide a web-based process for submittal of applications. QualityBidders is a web-based online application that is fast, simple, safe and easy to use.
