As you are likely aware, according to the National Weather Service, temperatures over 100 degrees are expected Tuesday through Thursday this week in the afternoon and evening.

Please make sure you and your child(ren) stay well hydrated and use caution when exercising or spending time outdoors in the afternoon.

Cooling centers are open across the county if you need support staying cool. Sacramento Regional Transit will provide vouchers for free transportation to and from cooling centers. Learn more here.
