SCUSD Board of Education Member Access to School-Wide ParentSquare Communications

SCUSD Board of Education members have requested to receive all school-wide ParentSquare newsletters for the schools within their trustee areas.
Please ensure that staff who send out school-wide ParentSquare newsletters follow these steps before publishing:
- Add the “SCUSD Board Member” group to the school’s standard distribution list.
- Under the “Who should see this?” dropdown, select the “Guests” option. (By default, only staff and parents are checked.)
