Employer/Employee Relations Committee

The Employer/Employee Relations Committee was established to improve working relationships between the district and its employees by acting collaboratively to create and optimize work environments, which will lead to higher student achievement.

The membership of the committee is composed of representatives being elected or appointed within their stakeholder group in a formal manner determined by the group/union they represent.
