Staff in our department provides the leadership, guidance, and technical assistance to schools and other departments in order to support the high achievement of English learners and language minority students in our district. Staff is also dedicated to ensuring English learners have access to all available district programs so they can meet the goals of the district strategic plan and be prepared to participate in a wide spectrum of post-secondary life choices.
This department also facilitates and supports meaningful participation of English learner parents in our schools. To achieve this objective, staffs will assist parents with access to available resources so they can support their children to have a successful educational experience while attending our schools.
